BLACK FRIDAY FAQ 2023

WHEN WILL THE SALE GO LIVE?

The sale will commence on Thursday, November 16, at 9:00am AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time). We strongly suggest preparing your shopping cart prior to the launch to ensure your selected items are available in case they sell out. 

 

IS THE SALE SITEWIDE?

Yes! The entire Derma Department range will be on sale at a minimum of 30% for this Black Friday event. 

 

HOW WILL THE DISCOUNT BE APPLIED TO MY ORDER?

All items will be priced as marked, no code required!

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED DISCOUNTED ITEMS?

All products with a BLACK FRIDAY tag are deemed promotional sale items therefore they are still eligible for a refund. Products that are ineligible for a refund will have a red, highlighted message above the 'ADD TO CART' button stating the item is non-refundable (refer to image below). 

 

CAN THE DISCOUNT BE APPLIED AFTER THE SALE PERIOD?

Unfortunately no. Discounts applied during the Black Friday sale period cannot be honoured after the sale has ended.
