- Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders over $150 - 3-7 Business Days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area)
- Express Shipping is $9.99 - 1-2 Business Days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area)
- For orders under $150, standard shipping cost is $7.95
All orders within Australia are shipped with Australia Post.
- Express Shipping is FREE on orders over $300 (2-5 Business Days)
- For orders under $299, express international shipping cost is $40
All International orders are shipped with DHL Express.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to notify you with your tracking number.
Regarding International delivers;
- Please note that processing the parcel upon arrival to destination can take time and these timeframes are out of our control.
- The price upon checkout does not include custom charges you may incur. These costs are not within our control. Custom duties are charged upon the parcels arrival of the customers destination and these duties vary per country. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Please note that refunds are not accepted for items in our SALE collection, however these sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Sale products that are ineligible for a refund will have a red, highlighted message above the 'ADD TO CART' button stating the item is eligible only for a credit note or exchange.
Items that are discounted via a promotion/discount such as a Black Friday Sale are still eligible for a refund so long as the item does not have the non-refundable messaging mentioned previously.
For items eligible for a return:
• Please ensure that all item(s) are returned in perfect condition and are unworn, undamaged with security swing tags still attached. Returns/exchanges that are marked, damaged, worn, delivered without their original tags or strong odours may not be accepted.
• The shipping cost for returns/exchanges is the responsibility of the the customer. Please ensure that shipping is inclusive of tracking information, as we will not be responsible if the parcel is lost or received after our policies time frame.
• If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing fault please contact us immediately and shipping with an exchange or return will be covered on our behalf.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the return funds to be processed.
How to Return/Exchange:
• Please contact us via email at email@example.com expressing which item/s you would like to return. Please include (Name, Order Number and Styles, Sizes)
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of the order being delivered.
• Return package with tracking to address provided via email
• Returns arriving 30 days after a return request being made may be subject to refund ineligibility.
Please note all purchases made in our pop-up physical store premises located at 240 Rundle St, Adelaide are non-refundable. This includes full-priced and sale items.
